Approved projects begin after the agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid.
Billing Transparency
At MGE, billing should never feel like a guessing game. All project costs, payment expectations, and approved additional expenses are communicated upfront—no hidden fees, surprise charges, or billing games.
Project-based services require a 25%–50% deposit when the agreement is signed. The remaining balance is divided between the contractually defined midpoint and project completion. Monthly management services are billed in advance according to the applicable launch date and require 30 days’ written notice to discontinue. Detailed cancellation, late-payment, suspension, termination, and refund terms are established in each project’s signed agreement.
